Ran into my pre-97 twin:
Also I can never find front clips at the junkyards here, they're always the first thing pulled, so I decided to just refresh mine with some duplicolor and like 5 coats of clear sanded with 5000. Not too bad. Plasti dipped the grille and bezels over the original black just to fill in the gouges and scrapes a bit and clean it up.

I went for a solid 10 or so months before I found a good header panel at the junkyard, but here lately every other one that's come in has been in good shape... Always tempted to pull them and run them through ebay.
No, I don't lick fish.

Finally finished the worlds longest sye conversion. I never really took this mod's praise to heart but good lord these things should have come from the factory with a fixed rear yoke. It's like a whole new truck.

Hard to say, could be it. Noggin poking time. You need to do a full inspection of the hydraulic system. Pistons on the calipers, all hoses and hardlines, prop valve, rear wheel cylinders, master cylinder...any thing related to the hydraulic system

Finally got around to wiring up the halos on my Froehlich projectors. Decided to wire in a manual toggle switch instead of wiring them constant or to the DRL module, used the blank spot on the factory switch panel. Not sure about the legality of blue lighting in California, so best to be able to turn them off if necessary.
Also, fixed the vacuum leak that was messing with my blend door. Turned out when the PO removed the canister and plugged the t fitting they used a bolt that wasn't even large enough in diameter to be snug and seal worth a damn. I pulled it out, twisted up an earplug, and plugged that sucker. Now I can floor it and still have a/c blowing at me.
I really need to figure out why my steering wheel isn't functional at all. Like cruise control, horn button, etc.
P.S. You can actually see the freshly painted front clip in these pics, better than that original pic I took that was all washed out.
