Know what? I still have the set I made back when also or I would gladly take you up on that kind offer! 
They are handy tools to have around just in case one has to be worked on out in the field. I have loaned mine out a couple times in the last couple years to folks still running these engines in older equipment around here.
Bet you still have a set of fuel timing pins for Detroits too! I know I do and believe it or not I actually still have need for these

I thought I had it made this time since I didn't drop it in when I was pulling the plug and had to have the drain pan under it. I pushed the drain pan out of the way and dropped the plug and it bounced off my elbow and into the drain pan. Still not sure how that happened

The problem isn't my technique it is the nerve damage in my hands and arms that causes me to have next to no feeling in my hands I thought I had it made this time since I didn't drop it in when I was pulling the plug and had to have the drain pan under it. Spent the best 40.00 on this XJ so far. Replaced the front door speakers. Now all the wind noises and minor squeaks are gone. Must be the previous owner had the same idea. The Laredo came with 6 speakers the four door speaker all blown.

Bearing With Me
The XJ was neglected so far this week end.
It was WJ wheel bearing time, did the right side several weeks ago. It was rather straight forward. The left side turned out to be a bear, a mean one.
Must of been OEM in there forever, the bearing was seperating on the way out, but it finally made it, could see the interior rollers, totally done.
Antisieze is your only friend for the future.
If you pull you axle, remember to clean out the axle tube, lot of junk, I use a long metal strip to scrape and finish up with the shop vac right in to the seal. A paper tag off the axle was in there, always check and clean, dont want junk pushed back in. Used a proven quality replacement part.
Torque em (175 ftlb on the WJ) axle nuts. Remeber to retorque your wheel nuts after test drive (100 ftlb)
Runs smooth as silk.

Made a run to the junkyard today with some friends. Managed to pick up an overhead console and wiring harness. Also found a set of front and rear skids! The Jeep was perched on welded rims set on the gas tank skid. Had to pick it up while my buddy moved the stand. He is going to see if they work with his bumpers and if not, I'm gunna take em. Successful day.

Removed Spark Plugs and Wires, traced all electrical connectors. unplugged and replugged. Inspected all components and eliminated more things to play with. PB blaster on everything. Started to strip the interior.

Driving along today my oil pressure gauge suddenly dropped to zero - I figured "oh, crap, it was nice while it lasted!"
There were no bad noises though, not even a valve tap. I quickly pulled over and shut off the engine. Praying it was a sending unit problem I popped the hood and took a look. I could see that the previous owner must have had trouble with the OEM connector and had done a real botch job to hook the sender up. That mess had pulled apart, effectively disconnecting the oil pressure sender. A real relief!
So for now I did my own botch job to hook it back up, but my botch job is better than his was and may even last a while. I'm still going to install a proper replacement connector ASAP.

Recovered the sun visors with black headliner material and painted the dome light in preparation for black headliner material I'm going to put in.
