What did you do to your Cherokee today?

I took off the gas filler hose cover on the Cherokee, while working on the floor today and it was way rusted. At first I was just gonna replace enough metal to fix it, but then decided to just make a whole new one.
It took a lot of head scratching, but it came out great

Once more, my transfer case output shaft seal went on the drive home after a wheeling trip.... I pulled over a few times to add fluid, but it was too late, there is now a popping noise coming from inside. Time to put the Jeep away for a bit while I find a replacement 242....

greased up the front end and changed the air filter. it finally rained in AZ today so gonna go crawl around and see if the caster adjustment and grease made the popping stop....

Beach Bum
Yipeeee
Jumped it a few dozen times on the 'camel humps', low tide whoops. Notice the bounce after landing, distance was two jeep lengths (do not attempt on dirt).
