What did you do to your Cherokee today?
The more I work on this rust bucket I have to wonder why I got it Now I remember it was cheap and the 4 wheel drive all worked. I replace the driver door seal. A job that should have taken 1/2 hour but due to all metal screws rusted out it took half the night. So now instead of changing the rest of them I'm going to just splice the bad parts with the good parts left from the one I replaced. Some weather strip adhesive and some 1/4 hose to use as a splice should due the trick.

After being stuck in the Honda all week, I jumped in the XJ and drove the crap out of it this afternoon... took a buddy to go check out a truck at a stealership about a county and a half away so about a 120 mile round trip. No issues.

Well besides the 150 mile trip I'm taking with her today. I added more things I need to buy to my list. Tax return is gonna be gone quick that's for sure.
Did the Putco H4 HD Wiring Harness upgrade today. HUGE difference.
Went in very quickly. Thanks to those who provided advice and tips.
One question though:
Do you have to mount the relays? There is the space between the engine compartment and the outside body panel that accommodates the extra wiring and relays perfectly. It would likely also stay dryer when it rains.
