Took the XJ shooting, all good. There was a flooded road on the way back with a couple of vehicles stopped in the water. I could see tail lights so it looked OK for a Jeep and we waded through.
It didn't even reach the sills... but the front vehicle turned out to be an Aston Martin. Flooded. Oops! I'd have offered him a tow but he looked far too angry to even talk :O I wonder how much the repair costs for a hydrauliced Aston.. $$$$$$

Went out looking for good spots for turkey hunting. Didn't see many birds, but it was still good to be out on the trails!
Did see some bighorn sheep!
Of course, as I was on my way back home I finally some big hens on private land. Taunting me!

I've been working on increasing my lighting to make the outside more visible to me, now it's time to make me more visible to others. Added reflective tape to the hitch. The yellow tape is from a roll I found on the side of the highway, the red is Reflectix V92, and the white is SOLAS. The brake housing reflects more than I expected, and even though I knew the SOLAS tape would be the brightest, its performance surprised me.

Put new rotors and pads and drums and shoes and all the #$%$## parts on today. Gave her the day off from mall cruising and those pesky speed bumps and took her to the park. Wheels and tires posed to be here by 15th. I'm determined to climb that big speed bump at Home Depot.
