It's aftermarket. Made by Valley Industries. Hinge bracket and latch bracket attach via the tail light lens hardware plus two carriage bolts into the bumper each side. All the OEM tire carrier attachment brackets were still on my vehicle, but none were used for this tire carrier.

Haha, I had to stop and move the camera just to get that shot after I want through that section. Need a second camera so I can get both shots at once.
