The stock bolts are tapered so they have some room built in to weld around.
My fronts were seized, the backs I cut to get out, no room because of the receiver hitch.
Lots of anti-seize on the new ones.

I would go to at least 4.10s, but I think most recommend 4.56s
Yea, for those worried. The most I'll get to drive mine is 5 miles each way to and from work. Go in at 730am and get home around 8pm if not later. At work I drive sprinter vans box trucks or flatbeds loaded with vinyl fence materials so I'm used to only have side mirrors and the front 3 windows anyways.

Abused it on an ten hour offroad tour. Here is a two minute excerpt.
Some of us should get together and rent one of these houses for a week, located in the 4x4 neighborhoods. No roads, just dune and forest trails. The only way to get there is to drive twelve miles on the beach, then cross the dunes.

only thing is the ax-15 comes with 3.07 from the factory so going up to 3.73 or 4.10 would be similar to 4.10 or 4.56 for autos

Much fun!
On the way out I bottomed out harder than ever. A 6" ledge snuck up on me at 30 mph, this video doesn't do justice to the severity of impact. Lid to the prothane bumps was ejected and wedged into upper portion of spring.
Had a high speed shimmy on the way home, perhaps it was sand/mud stuck to wheels.
Tested trueness of wheels this morning, used same principal as truing bicycle wheels.

Thank you...just searched the WWW for FlowKool....seems to be a cheap, failure prone water pump...and the consensus seems to be that we should stick with the cast iron OEM water pump....
Thank you very much...
