Did my (hopefully) final flush of the cooling system after giving Thermocure a try. Seems like good stuff. Went from Chinese sewer water to pretty clear distilled so I dumped that and the 50/50 went in.

I stuck a meat thermometer in the vents as I drove around testing the A/C and it stayed right at 50° when at full blast. Compared to no A/C that's not bad and it kept my dog happy lol. I probably need to do everything you listed but I'm procrastinating on that job. We'll see if the refrigerant and Red Angel A/C conditioner I added can get me through the South Dakota summer.
I grew up in Central Texas, so compared to that and Florida, no South Dakota does not get that hot. It does get warm enough though that I wanted A/C.
