Thanks, bud. It's still fun to drive. I just turn up the stereo so I can't hear the flex plate

Finally able to replace two front tires in dire need. They were 215's cheap from NTB but managed to last 3 years. Because of the Death Wobble, and some other mysterious alignment issues the camber was way off and the outer side of the treads was worn away till the radials showed. The passenger side blew a month ago and no one could get the remaining 3 nuts off the wheel (NO ONE...even with powertools), so she had to sit in the lot and wait. It wasn't until the police gave me a ticket for the flat tire that I summoned the strength of the Jeep Gods and yanked and jumped and pushed and pulled and got them off. The saddest part of this is that I put them on by hand in the first place only tightening with 4way after. Even the guys at the tire shop asked how I got them off to put on the donut. Anger is my best friend.....She's much happier now and has 235's, we'll return for the next set soon.

You should've seen me pulling the leaf springs out of my Comanche. The bolts were seized so bad it look me almost a full day to remove all four. Most useful tools that day were a 6ft cheater pipe, a sledge, and a HiLift

Yes I'm curious and would like to help for unashamed scouting reasons.

Man I'm so torn on those Lund visors. One day I love them and want one, the next I don't like it. Or at least can't see it on my jeep.

Drove to look at a daily beater Volvo 240. Been wanting one forever. Wife agrees we need a 3rd vehicle. This one was clean but We couldn't agree on a price. The jeep ran super smooth, AC on the whole time, barely moved the coolant needle. Just to double check; I normally run a bit above the mark before 210/ middle. With the AC on at a red light, it crept up just a bit to right at 210. This is a safe temp? Yes?

Absolutely, at 210 you're right in the butter zone.

Lol, thanks man. Yeah, the chicken scratch measurements are just to see how much room I've got for individual compartments. The false floor is going to have hinged and pull-out panels.

Tools, recovery gear, and... other items.
