I was in Vegas for the last week. Did I miss anything?
Before I left I had started a transfer case swap but ran into having studs that were too short. I swapped the studs right before I left and this morning I was able to get the replacement 242 mounted up before needing to break for taking care of the kids. Hard parts done now, though I did strip one nut so I need to find a replacement.

Thats because you dont have WJ leather seats with lumbar support...

Ha you tall suckers have no idea of all the room in an XJ. At 5'8" I can almost stretch out in the back of mine with the seat down

Yeah you lose headroom as they are taller but the comfort is worth it in my opinion. Plus seat heaters and power lumbar is great for lengthy trips. I had to convert mine to do the 2 door tilt function as well.

With power seat sliders(gotta mod them to fit, that's why I just set them in the ZJ and they bolt right up to the XJ brackets) you can adjust up and down. IDK about you, but I'm 6'4" mostly legs and I can stretch almost fully out if I stick my foot past the pedal and touch the firewall.

Replaced my upper control arm bushings with poly ones (axle side). The old one disintegrated.

Check the headlight connector behind the driver's headlight. It needs to be cleaned as well. If that doesn't work check the sockets themselves, they didn't come with the best connectors and the plastic bodies get brittle over time.

did not touch my own, but I did work on one at the local u-pull yard. there was an event, everything you can carry for 60$. I got myself a 8.25 29 splines to hopefully cure my current pinion bearing troubles. I'll probably do a light rebuild, paint it, and then swap it over to see if it sounds better.
pretty happy about it! but damn was this thing heavy.

It was a little weird the right side started working super slow so I checked the left rear blinker because it wasn't coming on and wiggled it and it started working but then the right side didn't work so I left the jeep running for about 10 min and the right side worked again but not the left so I fiddled more and now they both work better then they used to but is it normal for the original tape decks clock to be dimmed Everytime the blinker comes on?
