Fixed it! After two weeks of chasing my tail, stuck driving the damn ranger, the Golden Badger is finally back in action.

None of it fixed the problem, but among other things, I rewired a bunch of gnarly grounds.

Lengthened these, so I could route them away from the heat of the engine.

So she sits in my driveway until I can scrounge up some extra cash to throw a pump assembly in and fix anything else that may be on its way out while I'm in there. I have a feeling there is a crispy evap line that won't survive lol

Don't wanna come off as being a D*ck but those welds are standing pretty tall on the rockers. looks like you needed some more heat.

We found one strip of old bondo some shop before I owned it put down and the metal underneath wasn't great. Just working with what's there. Plus we cut the rockers just shy of the corner so the weld will stick better. I have stiffeners and supports waiting to go in that'll take the abuse. It's not pretty but it'll get the job done and it'll be ground down and seam sealed over. It was a mix of stick and mig.

No it's not paint. It's some coating ebc puts on from them to prevent rust. Wears off the pad surface but keeps the rest of the rotor looking good.
