Do you know where I could get a good deal on one? I want it to tie in pretty nice and I am thinking about painting the same color as my jeep... I like the look of dooves on his red Cherokee... I also like your bumper too... Let me know if you ever want to sell your bumper haha

Can you weld? I got the DIY version of the Dirtbound Offroad front mojave bumper. I paid $230 shipped to my door and had a buddy weld it up for me.

Before you do that I'd try going to a local fabrication shop and asking about scrap metal, I got a sheet of 5' by 20" 3/16" for free and used some DirtBound diy brackets and just made my own, I think it turned out half decent and could have been better if I wasn't building it in my backyard in 95°+ heat.

Purchased Smoke Corner Lights + Bumper Signal Lights Set from Amazon as well as amber Sylvania LED lights. After a quick install I think they look pretty good. Never liked the orange/amber sets on the XJ.

Ever think of an alternative to parts-store junk?

I don't see a Delphi brand for your year, but it's gotta be better than what you're getting... either that or serch fleabay for a MOPAR unit. Even if your sensors are getting warranty replaced, it can't be worth the hassle.

OH! And as for mine, well, I replaced the o-rings on the fuel pressure regulator and got the motor back to running as close to perfect as a leaky 240k mile jeep with bad valve seals will run!

Almost cheap enough to buy 2 though swap it out immediately if there's an issue and warranty the other part...lol

Put the last patch in the floor before getting ready to seam seal and bedline, also got the new tank ready to get put in and the other 2x6 burnt into the rocker.

Thanks, I would highly recommend learning how to weld, I am still learning myself but I think it's alot of fun and pretty useful. You could always have your dad do the critical welds and then you just finish up the rest and grind the exterior smooth.

This is good advice. That's what I did with my buddy. Was actually a lot of fun
