Even worse, it is a eBay Canada light. It was $165 for the light bar and a pair of 4" flood light pods. Free shipping and came with the harness. Add in the mounting bracket and I am only out $190 when it false Actually I will be able to reuse the harness and the brackets so I will only loose about $150 if the lights go.
I am making my own harness for the light bar and am running the flood lights off the eBay harness. If I get it all wired up tomorrow I will take it for a little run after dark and get some pictures of the light it throws. The light is nice and white too with no blue tint to my eyes.

May I suggest black magic brakes conversion?(love mine) There's also someone on here who pieces together used ZJ stuff. That's great if you're on a budget and don't mind used stuff.
Should be able to tell by if it's ribbed or not IIRC...Don't remember which ones are ribbed though...I think the 10"

well.. after 3 advance discount auto airtex fuel pumps... 1 gas gauge did not work other 2 whined like crazy.. so they would not sell me another or warranty it after the 3rd one.. so.. I went to autozone and got one that was not an airtex.. it lasted about 3 months then would whine like crazy after long trips... I already ran separate wires back to it, to make sure it was not a ground or power issue.. so.. neither the less I was getting sick of this.. and happen to remember I have an old fuel pump out of my 1990 supra turbo i had awhile back.. and it still had the screen on it.. I went to bigger pump and kept it in box.. been sitting about 10 years.. so.. I found old original fuel pump assy took the pump off cut the bracket that held bottom of pump as this one is fatter and shorter.. well anyway... put pump in.. turned key on.. nothing.. no noise.. I am like crap.. this sucks.. I am so use to hearing the pump go ziiiiiinnnnnng for a few seconds everytime i turn the key on.... well I cranked it over.. it fired right up.. can not hear it .. at all.. none.. nada.. zip.. total 100% silence.. so... I just got back from wendy's for a test run and hamburger.. runs great.. no noise.. now the jeep is part toyota.. LOL

I did the Putco/E-code H4 conversion a long time ago and loved it. Unfortunately as good as they are they didn't give enough light to get to one of my favorite night time walleye fishing spots. I decided to pick up a cheap Chinese light bar to see if it would d the trick till I could afford a good light bar. This evening after doing a bunch of running around I got the light bar mounted. It was getting dark so I just ran the light directly to the battery for a test, and yup it should throw enough light while off road, but there is no way in hell I would ever turn it on while driving on the road. Zero cut off and because of the flood/spot combination it throws light every where.
OK go ahead and hate on the cheap light bar, but being that I am in the midst of moving closer to work and having just paid first and last months rent, I didn't have the $2500 they charge for Rigid 50" curved light bar so this will do till it burns out or I get the money to replace it. Even then if it is still working I may just re-purpose it.
No the light is not on it is just the reflection of the flash on my phone.

I finally installed my ZJ gas tank skid plate. All I had to do was drill new holes in it and replace the nutstrips.

Anyone that buys our airtex pumps should be publicly executed. Airtex are trash and the only thing I tell people to buy are bosch or their manufacturer brand, motorcraft/ac delco/mopar/etc. I have no remorse for people that dont look into brands they buy that have been around long enough for reviews.

It is not so much that people will make fun of me, personally at my age I don't care if make fun of me
With the inexpensive light bar it is more of a thing of longevity and water sealing. Light output isn't a problem as long as they used reasonable quality LEDs. I just want to make it clear that I know what I bought and that my expectations for it are not super high. The driveway test of the light output already surpassed my expectations. I have most of the relayed wiring harness made up already, I am just waiting for the sun to come up to install it. Then tonight I will head off to the trail that leads to my fishing spot with cameras in hand and see what it can really do.
Even when it comes time to replace it I will probably stay with the less expensive light bars and most likely go with something like an Auxbeam. They seem to get good reviews and appear to have really good CS.

The Aisin Warner 30-60 (AW4). It's brother the AW 30-40 is the Auto usef in the Supra. A lot of the internals are interchangeable as well.
