I replaced the valve cover gasket and discovered that the reason i was missing a cylinder was because one of the push rods was in an "S" shape haha fixed all that. runs fantastic. until i discovered that i hadnt fixed my overheating problem and that the water pump is toast. so that is fridays project

I broke the plastic face on the status panel(shows what 4wheel drive your in) in my 95 grand when I went to drill holes in the unused side for switches for the 7 lights I added to it this weekend. No big deal because none of the lights worked in it anyway. I'm just going to replace the face with a solid black piece and put the switches in it.

Crank/Cam Sensor
Got the codes in the engine read and they comfirmed my suspisicion. P0340 (Camshaft Sensor), and P1391 (Crankshaft Position Sensor). She has been reluctant to start and stalled out a few times in the last month. Going to change the Crank-sensor (it can actually cause the cam codes) when I get some $$.
Hopefully the cam is fine, I don't feel like shelling out another $50, supposed to be saving for a SYE.
This is the second time I have changed one (on my '94 before) tight spaces and requires about 18" of ratchet extensions.
On another note I have seen people getting charges up to 500$ to change them at a shop, that just seems ridiculous.

Got my switches wired and working today. To bad I somehow broke the panel last night but no big deal because none of the lights worked. I'm going to replace it with a piece of black plastic.
I also started to build my snorkel was going to use some old intercooler piping but I think I'm just going to do it with PVC.
