I got mine with longer splines and, and new hardware $299 each. I looked at Adams and I don't remember why I chose tom woods.

The issue with the ZJ rear bench in an XJ is that you lose a ton of headroom.

At 5'10" I have a better chance of my width being the same as my height these days.

Great news guys. I finally solved all of my driveline vibrations. Swapped in a new iron rock Off-road ubolt HD yoke for the rear diff and the driveshaft is nice and tight.

Does removing the yoke and replacing it mess with the crush washer?

Halfway done fuel pump swap. Got old one out of the Green Jeep, who I've decided is toast. He will be parted out and probably turned into a coop for something.

BTW, if you cut the floor to get at the pump, excercise a little caution and don't cut the gas tank like I did. Lol

This. I counted threads and used the impact gun. It's pretty hard to ruin that washer if you use a gun. Drove it up to 80 and no vibes so good enough for me.

I had to replace my pinion yoke once with my basic tools. I used an adjustable torque wrench and dialed it in through trial and error until it would just barely move the pinion nut before clicking. Then I used a breaker bar to remove it, and I reset the nut to that same spec on the torque wrench
