Started the Farm Jeep for the first time since I bought it four years ago! Probably woke up the neighbours with my victory call lol
Tank now:
Also, the gas from before is actually still combustible. (In a lawn mower, anyway.)
"New" fuel pump in. Works great at finding a broken fuel injector O ring! However, it's not QUITE bad enough of a leak that it won't run. In related news, it absolutely ****ing reeks of gas in here.
After getting Auberjeans started I moved to the brakes: Three years ago I stole to front banjo bolts for my green XJ's rear disc conversion. The front calipers and hoses have been open since (amazingly, the master cyl wasn't QUITE empty). Cleaned out the fittings, slapped some washers and bolts on, the passenger side bleeder, and proceeded to blast a bunch of fluid out of the driver's side hard line where it passes through the fender. Yay rust

No, I don't lick fish.
Picked up a set of ZJ seats for it
Then on the way home, reflected upon what a FrankenJeep this is going to be.
92 Cherokee
Tranny and tc out of a 96
Hp d30 out of a 96
Grille, fenders, doors and console from a 98
Heater hoses from a 98
ZJ hitch
ZJ seats
Getting to be like "Cadillac, One Piece at a Time"

Beach Bum
Cleaned chassis yesterday, then today I undercoated it using six cans of 3M product. Good thing I wore a hoodie, pants, face shield and rubber gloves.
