Replaced the NSS. Didn't fix it. Then actually spent some time troubleshooting and found a blown fuse. D'oh!
That $4 fuse was a bit less pricey than the $260 NSS, but at least now I don't have to worry about it.

Swapped stock front trackbar for a RE1600 trackbar, but used a ES2847R tierod end instead of the badly used heim... Not perfectly centered, and still need to swap the left unit bearing...

Took it on a test drive to see how the exhaust sounds. Not happy so I turned on the sound system and love it. Stopped to put gas in it and some guy walks up and asked to take pics of it. (My Jeep is covered from top to bottom in mud the way is should be.) Also finally got to see how good my lights work. WOW is all I have to say.

Went for a cruise on eagle rock, Colorado Springs, CO. It was awesome until i got back to the highway. I was noticing a vibration but everything looked tight so I continued to cruise at 40mph(on the interstate FML) luckily it was extremely early and nobody was out yet.
Figured out what the vibration was! When I pulled over to check it again(the problem has to become visible eventually right?) turns out one of the clips holding the u-joint to the rear driveshaft worked it's way out and had to call my g/f to bring the other jeep back to tow me home(she just made it to our place when i called her...kinda felt bad)
ON A BRIGHTER NOTE
the vatozone front driveshaft didn't give out(i was extremely surprised, but the torture test isn't even close to over)
Cherokan(yes my jeep has a name) is at home.
Other than the driveshaft everything else is still good to go
