Woke up this morning to my reenlistment bonus in my account, so I bought black magic pads, rotors and calibers and ares fab evo bumper. Trying to restrain myself, but I think I'm going to pull the trigger on 33s and a long arm kit. Someone talk me off the ledge.

Not really. Just been traveling for work. Last time I saw my Jeep was for 9 days back in October. However, I did find a front skid plate for it, nearly found a full set of alloy wheels (snowflakes?), and may pack home a new lift kit.

I know that feeling too well myself brother. She has the XJ, I have the MJ but I can do WHATEVER I want to my MJ....if it doesn't cost too much.

Don't I know it. Will probably wait for the tax return for gears and long arms though. Gonna give her a cut of the bonus to keep her happy.

That's a nice partnership! My wife drives a much more expensive car than my XJ so I can always pull the "still less than your car payment" on most things.

Pretty much the same here... but she's likes customizations on cars too so if I say, "Hey babe, you want some halo projectors on your M?" She's like, "Does a bear **** in the woods?"

Picked up this bumper off a friend who needed the cash for $125 last night. Gonna move/make the mounts for it tonight. Still not sold on the huge stinger, may cut it down or just cut it off, not sure yet. What do yall think?

Oh and if anyone in nc/va wants to buy the red xj in the pics he is selling it for $800, I can give yo his contact.

Maybe cut it shorter and angle it up more.

Stingers have a purpose...but I'm not a fan. Also have fun in the woods making a turn now that your vehicle is 3' longer...and pulling out on a blind corner... and parking in a garage.

Thats kind of what I was thinking, then if i still dont like it, Ill cut it way back and just use the very end for a small hoop. That idea is really growing on me.....
