Picked up my new to me ramsey winch. Anyone have experience with an old ramsey winch? I have to get a remote, solenoids, and new cable. But the winch was free

Drained, cleaned and refilled front diff. Cleaned up my intake and exhaust manifolds. Cleaned up the block so it's ready when the valve job is complete on my head.

Mostly finished lifting mine. OME springs and shocks, LII leaf sliders, JKS ACOS, bumpstops and quick disconnects, boostwerks steering brace, RE trackbar, serious UTK 1 ton steering and rough country long arm. Still need to install new brake lines and sye with adam's driveshaft and currie joints on the long arm once the jam nuts come in.

3 linking the front, still have a few leaks and stuff to clear up, but I'm putting new coils, shocks, track bar, and control arms. Cut the passenger side upper mount off the axle, cut both frame side lower control arm mounts mostly off (will need some more touch up before frame stiffners, but should clear all the long arm stuff going under it). Probably will pull the transfercase and do seals and clock it tomorrow if I really feel like working on it. We'll see what happens, but it sure is nice to not have to daily it and be able to spread out projects some.

My shark vacuum has been acting up. Bristles are turning on and off intermittently. Figured it was a connection problem. Opened her up and did some digging. Saw a poor connection so i popped some dielectric grease on there and buttoned her back up. Runs like new.

EDIT: wrong forum

I used to say the same thing but I actually heard pretty decent things about their long arms.

I really like their cross member and arms, though their joints suck, but with the upgraded Currie johnny joints i purchased, it will still be quality parts with an exceptional ride.

Maybe they changed their design in the past 2 years, but guy in the local club is an rc guy with their long arm. He's constantlt replacing parts on the lift, but we all know that right? Poor guy though is just stubborn and doesn't listen to anybody to upgrade. It rides ok, but it's not up to even moderate wheeling.

For me, it's almost just the principle of the matter. Even if they make one good part I don't like the company. Plus I believe they use a radius set up if I remember correctly, and I prefer the 3 link route I went. Although everyone has their own preferences.
