Very productive Jeep related weekend
Power locks completely refurbished, working great (minus one door Lock rod clip that is zip tied right now - tbd)
Soundqubed 8" installed in a cubby Enclosure. Still breaking in, but backed by a 600w RMS Pioneer amp. Sound deadening in the rear quarter area, and did the front two doors as well. Holy crap, what a difference. Still need to make a speaker grille for it, wrapped in speaker cloth to make it more stealth.
Pounds F-ing hard for an 8" and still have the gain set very low. Now, to trace the rattles (already found one, some weird BB in the rear pass seat belt mechanism, related to the auto tensioner. Fixed with a generous amount of grease)
Finally got around to installing one of those GM trouble lights. Quick run to Ace hardware for some stuff, tabbed up a bracket, and wired it up. Feels extremely stable (literally no wobble) but I might get a longer bolt and use some RTV to lock it in place (using the stock mounting location). Now I just need an LED to put in there

I'm not a big ford fan, but I love a fox body. I'd like to own one some day.
Sweet, thanks man, ordered two!
That is Duplicolor BedArmor in "Sandstorm", straight outta the rattlecan. Careful prep and patient application, and this stuff has held up to all manner of tree branches, flying mud & gravel, etc.
The paintjob on the jeep looked fine when I got it, but the scrub-brush and tree branches were trashing the sides. I went with this cause I figured it'd make touch ups easier. Lol, this stuff is tough, almost a year of abuse and I have yet to do any touch ups.

removed the LED cube from the a-pillars in prep for getting a windshield tomorrow, figured out that i had my bank 2 02 sensor plugged into a cat o2 sensor plug. found the right plug now its running quite a bit smoother. its not some thing i was super worried about, i kinda figured it was in the wrong spot
also confirmed that the EVAP system is working
i really need to get the shifter covered cause a lot of heat is comming thru the slot for the shifter lever. and i need to hurry up and get the aux fan wired up for the trans cooler, at idle its around 150*-160* still in the ok rang but i want the trans running as cool as possible, i want it to live on and prosper if you will

Got my front O2 sensor swapped. Hopefully my fuel trims will come back closer to normal.
Now you guys have me thinking about swapping 1 of the 2 spare 318s in my yard into the XJ...

Gave it it's first real bath after a year of owning it... Also took the steering wheel off again. Think I'm going to go to oriellys tomorrow morning and get a clockspring for a wrangler and try it out. (I'm adding cruise control.)
