It's not the coils spring it is either alignment or incorrect control arm length, which I guess is kinda alignment too. Anywho I put a stock shaft in and all the vibes I had with the tom woods shaft in the front are gone! I'm going with another brand I believe.

Picked these guys up from Fastenal. Tread on the tires is great, axles are heavy. Everything is awesome!

I had to get an angle gauge, but I'm gonna try to increase the caster angle to 7 or 8 degrees and hopefully things will be better. Apparently the alignment shop isn't real good at their job lol. Thanks.

Also, there's only so much you can do sometimes. I don't know what arms you're using and such, but they may just be too short? Most places won't touch my jeep I have to do the alignment myself or drive 45 minutes to a 4 wheel center.

Also, when getting an alignment ask for a 'printout' it is free and will give all the important specifications on how the jeep sits.
Attached pictures are for reference. 5" lift, short arms, drop brackets.
Was there a reason why you braced the sway bar bracket on the axel?

If you look closely his sway bar bracket appears to be a lot taller than stock so probably to ensure it wouldn't bend from the added leverage.

High-clearance sway bar mounts are gusseted due to added length. Made by JCR offroad. Two inches taller than stock to prevent contact from drag-link tie-rod joint. Also can place them in a more vertical position than stock. Will allow for OTK (over the knuckle) steering as well.

It's great. I live on 125 acre farm. We have that hoist as well as a rolling hoist. We used to use the fork lift before we built the shop.

I applied a couple more stickers to bottom side of hood.
Replaced the wiper Arms and Blades.
Two days ago I finished wiring the lights.
Received my Warn VR8S, waiting for Fairlead Mount.
Just pull the relay in the pdb, and the light will go out.

Stopped by to see my upholstery guy. Made a date to drop off the overhead console headliner, overhead console, and the visors to get recovered. July 10th. He is super busy. Worth the wait plus I am in no hurry. Did a nice job on my dome light headliner. Tomorrow going to Line-X to see about getting my factory running boards done. Was going to have my body guy paint them but with all the recent activity with guys painting their Jeeps with Monstaliner got me thinking. Mentioned that to a customer of the auto parts store I work at and he suggested talking to them. They did his work truck. He can't say enough nice things about the job they did. Also bringing my door molding down to see what they say about that. Was just going to Krylon Fusion them, if I even decided to put them back on (not sure yet), but thinking having door molding Monstalined or Line-Xed would be kinda cool.

I do have fully adjustable upper and lower control arms so adjusting isn't an issue. Though I could not figure out how to "measure" the 5.85* Caster the alignment shop went to, I found a flat place on the differential to attach the gauge. It measured 16* before I started. I extended the lower arms a lot and now it measures 10*. Essentially I moved it 6 degrees. The buckets look better, but the spring still has some bow to it even when it is jacked up with no weight on it. I am gonna leave that side in the air overnight and see how it looks by morning. I wonder if my spring may be junk now and need to be replaced. There is also some angle to the pinion u joint now and I didn't dare get it too far off. It did seem to drive ok on the way home, we shall see.
