Yep. With 37s, you get really accustomed to using these lol. I actually keep a spare set of stock wheels without tires, and I install them when I need to get the Jeep even lower due to my lift. With the wheels resting on these dollies, I don't need tires

Put some of those dollies in the back, pull the rear driveshaft, go whip it around in front wheel drive haha

Finally washed it. The attendants at my drive through wash have to spray the Badger down when she's muddy, guess it's bad for the machine. Actually tipped the guy today, lol, took the poor guy nearly ten minutes to get it clean enough to let it be washed.

Once home I tallied up my souvenirs from the Hidden Falls trip. Lol, popped a couple flares loose, and a LOT of new scratches. But all in all not too bad.

A pallet of water in the back will lower it down.

Once at work we brought a van loaded with bottled water into a parking garage. Forked the water out of the van and the van wouldn't fit through the door. Had to put the water back in and unload it out in the street.

Replaced the ignition coil. Good thing she died in the drive right after I parked.

Also wrapped her around a telephone pole. But I wouldn`t suggest doing that.

What's with people and poles lately? A friend got a pole on his r6, someone else on here hydroplaned into a pole, now wrapping a pole?

Well, not jus' today. Here's what Gus has gone through since July 2:

Engine puked on our way to Magruder Corridor 10 miles from home. Really glad it happened close to home vs. 70 miles in back country & 140 miles from home. Got towed home. Bought used engine w/64k miles.
I hate reinstalling stuff dirty so I replaced some wire loom, cleaned the rest, re-wrapped what needed it with a nylon-reinforced electrical tape.
Replacement motor now in and mated to tranny, torque converter, and front catalytic converters.
Prepping for new front engine cover and oil pan gasket & valve cover gasket.
Brown Dog engine mounts.
Having original intake manifold bead blasted.
Paint fuel rail.
New FlOWKOOLER water pump, fail-safe t-stat, new larger radiator. all hoses are <4 yrs old, so....
New spark plugs, cleaned coil(Gus is '01 so has coil head.. great design) & plug boots.
Serrvice K&N filter.
Service Transmission.
Fresh oil, of course.
Cleaning injectors.

I need to post pics of Gus. Will do once he's back together.
That's quite a lot, isn't it?

That's a pretty big list in a shade less than a month.

So doing a little bit of a few projects I have in the works. And when I say projects I use the term loosely because nothing compared to what you guys do. So I cleaned up the passenger seat bottom that I am going to turn into a driver's seat. Cleaned up one the map pockets I am going to double sided tape on my door panel. The carpet part was loose so I just peeled it off. Used this 3M 08984 that Pima recommended do get the glue residue off the plastic part. Stuff is great. Practically eats up the glue residue on its own. Haven't decided if I will use an adhesive out of a tube or double sided tape to put the carpet back on the plastic. I would use the map pocket door panels, I am OK with the fake wood grain, but not with the lighter color though. Maybe some year I will recover the wood grain ones in a darker color like USN_BlackWK did. Wire brushed my tow hooks, degreased and prepped so I can slap a little POR 15 on them. Also degreased and wire brushed my tranny crossmember. This is in preparation for hanging the TC Skid. Figure I will degrease again, metal prep, and POR 15 it before I do. Also wire brushed the metal for the driver's seat and it is soaking in Purple Power. At some point I will metal prep that and POR 15 too. But the tranny crossmember and seat metal are not getting done today. Just shooting for the tow hooks.
