Got my 12v trailer power and brake power set up and routed through the vehicle, then installed my brake controller and finally mounted the 7pin trailer plug. Took way longer than I planned, but got it done before the weekend was over.

At least the weather was reasonable, normally any time I have to work on anything electrical it instantly turns to 90F and high humidity, and no breeze.

I don't use my power probe III as often as I thought I would, but when doing things like setting up brake controllers and running power to the hitch, I used it constantly for two days.

Upgraded the sound system with a bluetooth head unit and a speaker box. Went exploring afterwards.

Last of my 3M VHB tape came into today. Ready to go for when my roof skid strips and door moldings come back from Line-X. Also received my extra set of Coverking headrest covers. This is if I use the extra headrests I have and try to put them in the back seat. Figured I better get them now. Afraid if I waited I would not be able to get them. Of course this project is way down the list.

Modified an early Mustang metal glovebox door hinge to fit the jeep. I have a glove box again! And fixed an annoying rattle coming from my domelight.

Default Got tired of it sitting in the garage

Re-painted it! With spray paint! Didn't turn out to bad.
I didn't want to spend the money on a paint Job since I live in the dessert and it is my toy. So I painted the bottom gunmetal hammered silver and the rest satin white. Looks good for rattle cans.

Any chance you could take a picture of the gunmetal paint can? And maybe an upclose pic of the gunmetal paint? I'm looking for a gunmetal rattle can for the roofrack I'm building. That color looks exactly like what I'm looking for. All the gunmetal rattle can I keep seeing have the little sparkles in them and I'm not a huge fan of that

One refreshed power seat base and attached to the seat. Still have to attach the seat belt part. Going to use mine cause it is probably less scuffed up then the two I have and I know the sensor thing works in that one. Maybe tomorrow I will put them all in. Really do not want to because I want to gut the interior and do some housekeeping. Don't want to pull my old ones, put in these, just to pull them again. But I have no idea when I will get to that and since I have been working on these seats off and on for awhile thinking I should enjoy some of the fruits of my labor.

That's the can in front of the painted flair.

Put 'em in and drive it. Only 4 mounting points, not hard to remove for future work. Enjoy your fruits!
