Well mine works for now at least.... rented the vacuum pump and manifold gauges from the parts store. Vacuumed for 45 minutes then let it sit for 1.5 hour then recharged it and its cold.

I most likely will but it will just give me a reason to procrastinate on doing the interior. Not that I really need a reason to procrastinate on anything.

Isn't the "...roll me over" sticker supposed to be upside down?

That's almost got me half chuckling, thinking about slapping that sticker on some mall crawler JKs.

I actually worked on my Jeep for once. Had the passengers side speaker on its way out and the drivers side not working. Replaced the pass side speaker and all is good. Replaced 2ft of wire on the drivers side and better. Also had 2 wires come apart by the head unit. All fixed and everything works again. Also, the drivers window switch was acting up, even after I did the typical repair on it. So I got another one from Lowrange and it works perfectly again.

I didn't want to spend the money on a paint Job since I live in the dessert and it is my toy. So I painted the bottom gunmetal hammered silver and the rest satin white. Looks good for rattle cans.
What white did you use and how well did it match up with the factory "Bright White" color? I have a front clip off of a '98 on mine and it's "Stone White" so it doesn't match at all... been wanting to paint it, but looking for a good match to the OE so I don't have to re-do the whole Jeep.

Looks great, btw.

Really do not want to because I want to gut the interior and do some housekeeping. Don't want to pull my old ones, put in these, just to pull them again. But I have no idea when I will get to that and since I have been working on these seats off and on for awhile thinking I should enjoy some of the fruits of my labor.
Coming along good, Ralph!

Thanks. Had all the best intentions yesterday but nothing got done. I decided I am going to put them in despite the fact they will still have to come out at some point when I sound deaden the floors. Will post some before and after pics. Figure get your guys opinion of how the Camel plastic molding looks with the black seat covers once in the Jeep. And of course I will have to stare at them for a few days and overthink it too.

Seats are in. Thought I was going to have to stare at them for a couple days to see if I liked them or not. Like them right off the bat. Lousy pictures, for the life of me I can't figure out how you guys take such good shots, but some before and after.

Thanks. Really have trouble visualizing things. Was a little concerned about the Camel seat plastic with the black seat covers. Not anymore.
