Thank you. I never heard it referred to as a quarter box. CD Enclosure is the term I am familiar with. Grabbed a shot off the internet so you could see one straight on. Also a picture of the Lido storage box that goes in that position too. I picked this up off Craigslist about a year ago. Some said Jeep on them instead of Lido but were the same box. Don't know what I am going to do with it but I figured I would grab it because I would never come across another one in my lifetime. Gotta tell you. I love your Jeep. My first XJ was a '96. Loved that Jeep. Thing ran great. Structurally she was a disaster. If I new how to weld I would have saved her. Yours is so clean compared to what I had.
Seems I had searched up those boxes some time ago. And yes, really hard to find these days. One on ebay for $90. But the more I looked, and saw other builds, the more I wanted to build one of my own to truly maximize space. My tools, spares, and misc (fluids, belts, compressor, etc) are not well organized and basically clobber half of my storage area right now.

When I see this, I think, would it really be -that- hard for modern designers to put some personality into the vehicles they create these days. This thing just oozes personality. It has a lot to say...just sitting there. I'm not a full size Jeep person myself, but that looks pretty awesome.
