As long as it looks okay underneath when I check it out next weekend I’m getting it and fixing it up. Can’t destroy a Comanche.

Finished swapping out the old Diamond subs for new Rockford Fosgate P3s, and rewired the amplifier. Pushing 1200W RMS

I agree with clown on this one. If its that bad, take the engine, trans and tcase (possibly more), then scrap the rest.

95% sure it’s 2wd. Not a ton of info on the vehicle. Just that it’s manual, 4.0, straight body, runs but overheats, and $500. If the rust isn’t bad I’ll keep it as a DD if the rust is bad I won’t buy it probably. Most likely has the ba-10/5 not the ax-15 so it’s not a transmission worth saving. Plan would be to buy it resolve the overheating, then when the trans starts having problems swap in an ax-15 and if I have the money/can find one get a 4x4 ax-15 and convert it to 4wd. Main thing is check for rust and then get it running right. I’ve seen pictures of the body and there isn’t any visible rust on it or on the “frame†side lca brackets or leaf spring hangers.

Nothing big, but my dog is getting old and his hips are getting stiff. He has trouble climbing into the XJ, because it is slick at the bottom of the door and his nails won't grip. He let out a yelp the other day when he slipped. This was bugging me, so I pulled the plastic panel off of the bottom and use a square of carpet that is sticky on the bottom. I cut it to fit and stuck it on. It worked great. He can climb right in without slipping.

Worked on 2x6-stiffener support/gussets. Sold the original swing out bumper.

Lol... That's how my Bronco II is, I have it spooled front and rear and it'll show you what it's like to race dirt oval even on the street.

I feel that, the jeep is getting too tall to feel comfortable sliding it around anymore. If I get this manche I might lock the rear and drift it. Mini drift truck. Oh the possibilities

Ya I am sure that would be interesting to drive in the rain haha.

I am sure those new tires dont help either! You run a sway bar though dont you? I dont and its still surprisingly stable with little body roll.

Drift-manche for the win!
