What did you do to your Cherokee today?

lol... c'mon Tim, you went to college.... you know Wikipedia isn't considered an "acceptable source"
And yeah, I know The Rockford Files didn't invent it. But it's one of those grey areas. Talk to 10 different hot rodders and they'll all say something different... kinda like asking 10 different guitar players how to play "Stairway to Heaven".

sorry... I'm a university professor as well as an IT admin. You'd be surprised how often people (students) try to use it.

Wikipedia is generally reliable in most instances, from a statistical standpoint. I wouldn't argue that it should count as a citable source for research, but it has a strong track record for general information. Although anyone can edit it, there are many thousands of people reviewing the content and edits for accuracy at any given time. Furthermore, many controversial pages can't be edited unless you login.
That said, it's irrelevant in this context. The information can easily be corroborated elsewhere.

I'd call it a 180 or a 180 drift. I'm sure there are other names for it, but calling it a J-turn is contrary to everything I've ever heard, including a, uhh... high level driving course that I went through for uhh... a place I used to work.

They told me to leave that stuff for the guys in hollywood. The chance you will ever need it in tactical situations is pretty slim. lol

I never worried about what those two driving techniques are called, I just considered it FUN.
Back on topic, I went shopping for an LED light bar today, but didn't buy one because the cheap ones are crappy (big surprise there) and the good ones cost as much as a set of tires. So here I am with my stock headlights trail riding in the mountains today.

all you need is a 12 or 20 inch bar...50s are unnecessary and don't look good imo...rough country is not normally anything i recommend, but I got their 20 inch bar as a gift last Christmas and it's pretty darn good imo. The guy who gave it to me has their 12 inch on their roller failed mount and it puts out some good light as well.

Additional note:
Most of the cheap LED bars will fog up from condensation in the housing. If you buy a cheap one, remove the lens and then reassemble it with a little RTV all the way around the edges
