5.5 short arm
So my 5.5 short arm lift just came in the mail about an hour ago, before I install the lift do I need to get a slip yoke eliminator? I’ve been looking at a hack and tap from Iron rock off road. Will that work?

Cleaned the NSS in the ‘91 according to the tech writeup here. Good info, but on mine the mounting bolt is 12mm, not 13mm.
Now it starts in park and the reverse lights work

I have sye on it. Since I have d44's front/rear. I had to shorten the front shaft and lengthen the rear... not exactly interchangeable

That's how I got home. It snapped when I was turning into my street so I shifted into 4L and let it crawl home with the shaft whipping the asphalt.
