That was my plan with getting the TJ wheels instead of the JK ones. Hopefully I can get some tires that fit well in a 16

I like the factory wheels. I have Eccos on my Jeep. Which I like. Those 16' Moabs don't come around to much in my area. And usually people want a few bucks for those when they do. I would run those. But 16' Icons are more available and so much cheaper. I have some I picked up awhile back. Plus the Icons go along more with my Limited/Country/Up Country/European Orvis clone I am shooting for. Plus mine '00 is just a DD.

Yes! I can't remember the thread pitch off the top of my head. There are a few of those modified p/n rods on eBay, but I originally thought about grinding down the ribbed one and running it through a die.

If you remember the size and thread pitch could you post it? Already bought the rod off Ebay.

And personally I think 16" icons look way better than Moab's

Aren't those skinnier with a higher backspacing?

No clue. I would just go with whichever looks good and make it work one way or other

I like the silver on red and these are 16x8 with 5" backspacing. I think the icons are 16x7 with 5.25" backspacing. Wanting a wider bigger wheel that's still factory jeep and 5x4.5 and these fit the bill

Found the alternate I bought. Looks to be a 10-24 standard pitch
