Eesh. Yeah thankfully other than causing my clutch to run dry, no other damage done yet. Once i get around to swapping it out I'll get back there and clean the bejesus out of everything.

Yup, little funnel clamped to a long piece of 3/8 hose, easy peasy.
Also figured out where my damn clutch fluid ran off to. Peeked under the dash and sure enough, a bit of fluid on the inner boot. So the master has a slow leak. Flushed filled n bled, and she's shifting like butter now.
But i guess i can add a clutch master to her punchlist.

Haven't looked into this, but I have only ever opened the clutch reservoir once to check if it was full.

If you dont have a vacuum bleeder, just get a buddy to work the pedal. Same exact procedure as bleeding your brakes.

Much better. Still waiting on tires. Replaced out back
-leaf springs
-bushings
-bump stops
-shocks
-deleted swaybar
Also replaced my busted drivers seat with a rugged ridge one. Still on the fence about how I feel about. I thought the color would be closer to tan based on online photos but oh well.

Off to the u-pick yard today. When checking the heated seat problem I found both switches were broken and drivers side had actually separated. So will be looking for a good one. Also a friend of mine want's me to do a rear disc swap on his TJ, so also looking for a ZJ.

finally got the water pump swapped out after a misdelivery and it deciding to rain everytime i tried to change it. tried to put the header panel back on but the trans cooler im using it too big and the novak radiator is soo big is pushes everything to far forward to just trim the header panel. so i ordered one that will fit.
decided to drive around the block anyways and discovered the trans is starting in 3rd gear, no codes thrown. it will shift manually into the gears. current theory is a shift solenoid. irritates me cause the last time i drove it it worked fine, did a burnout and everything . and now i have a new problem i have to throw money at to get it back on the road.
sad thing is all i want at the moment is to just go cruising.

drew this up on solid works and printed it to see how the dimensions worked out. This red orange color was what was on the printer so I left it. I plan to make the flange on the top and bottom larger, smooth out the edges some and make a pocket instead of the Comanche badge so I can stick my phone in it or something.

Very nice. For some reason when I first heard about your project I thought only bt4s were tough enough. Did a small bit of reading and was surprised how long-lived they are.
Couldn't find a decent power reading— are they stronger than a 2.5, but not quite 4.0? I'm wondering if I should save for a 4.7 build or diesel for the future jeep project.
