Default USED it for what it was built for

DIDN'T add anything,
Just took advantage of the fresh snow to break some trails and do some playing.

I've done one in a bank drive thru because it was raining and I was 250 miles from home. I got really lucky though because it started crapping out when I was 30 minutes deep into trails where there wasn't cell service. I made it to a gas station where the lady drew a map for us to get to town and to the parts store. I still don't know how I made it all the way back.

I got the perches welded on the 8.25 for the Comanche. Hopefully I'll get it swapped in tomorrow and hopefully my driveshaft will work for it.

Because I got 3 of the right now and they're always breaking. I hadn't planned on doing an axle swap in the truck yet, but it decided it was time to break.

Got the flair off repaired and back on today without breaking it any more. Replaced broken tab with small (#4x1/4") screw.

Default Window Regulator

Newbie here guys. Last night I replaced the passenger side window regulator on my 2000 XJ. Tonight I plan on removing the clock spring and hopefully repairing it instead of replacing it. My research has pointed me in this direction since the horn and cruise control doesn’t work. I also have a “airbag” light on my dash.

Adjusted the windshield wipers! The driver side was going too far and hitting the A pillar, now I got it stopping 2-3 inches shy of the seal.

Also, became legal and got a plate on it. Even used the greatest anti-theft bolts known to man, 10mm. Ain’t nobody gonna steal it now... HA!

That plastic must have been pretty brittle for you do that. I have my flares off and on more times then I care to admit and never even worried about that happening. Now I will pay extra attention when the next time I do that when separating the bracket from the flare.

I have seen the videos and whatnot of people trying, and supposedly succeeding, doing that. I wouldn't try but that is just me. Make sure that your wheels are straight when you remove it. Since you are taking it apart I guess it will need to be re-centered before replacing. These are out of my '00 Service Manual. When I put Cruise Control in my '00 that did not come with it I educated myself a bit for the install.

No matter how hard I try I can never get my wipers adjusted just right. LOL.

Thanks for the tips. I got to try and repair it before I drop $100 on a new one. If all goes well I can put that money in the pot for my lift.

Started putting the rear axle in the Comanche, but the u bolts I got are junk. I started tightening them down and well before the specified 80 ft lbs the threads stripped off the u bolt. What did you do to your Cherokee today?-photo915.jpg on my Cherokee I've pulled just about as hard as I can on a breaker bar and never pulled the threads off a u bolt.

It's got surface rust on the top, some dents, needs a motor, needs brake work, needs u joints, the rear fenders were cut so there's a 1/4" gap where the wheel well doesn't touch the body, it leaks from everywhere and it's getting moldy inside
