Changed the transmission fluid and filter. The fluid was quite dark and there was no gasket, only pink silicone. We could not get the connector fill tube loose and had to leave the pan hanging to clean it.

Mine did the exact same thing but I was able to twist and pull and voilla, it came loose. That said, it looks like you did a good job cleaning it in place.

About 1/2 way done with my header and B pipe install. It is pouring rain here in FL so I guess I should be thankful that I have a garage to use for this. I will post pics later when I am done.
I was very shocked to find that the OEM "header" with 235K miles on the clock didn't have a SINGLE crack in it, even at the collector. I'm going to hit it with some ceramic paint and keep it as a backup.

Got rid of this leaking turd.
Heat from the vents is noticeably hotter. Also changed my wix oil filter for a mopar unit. I had been having noisy starts with the last 2 wix oil filters, this one included. I noticed when I took the filter off absolutely no oil came out. with the previous wix filters at least a decent amount would and with the mopar filters used prior what seemed like at least a quarter of a quart would come out I’m hoping I don’t get that funky knock sound on start up in the morning.

I hate the renix filters that have the opening pointed down. I put the oil filter adapter that lays the filter on its side on my Comanche. I can use a bigger filter then too.

I finally have working power steering after two months!
Did the Durango/Dakota steering gear, new pump, and this WAY OVERKILL for my Jeep fluid reservoir.

I drove the Comanche around with the REM some today to try to get some data from it and try to see some correlation between funky running and funky data.
