What did you do to your Cherokee today?
That's a pretty good deal. I already have a cargo area mat (not sure the brand as it came with the Jeep) so I didn't want to spend too much and the rear seat isn't going to see much if any use so I'm good with the stock ones that are like new.
Also noticing the screws in the black plastic at the bottom of your doors. Looks like they are not in the best of shape. Mine weren't. Just annoyed me. Found something at Napa to replace them all. If interested I can go into my files and see what the part number of what I used to replace them was.
Just realized there was a picture of the rear cargo mat buried in your post. Can't tell what kind it is but that looks like a really good one.

There is one thing about those mats though. So the Rugged Ridge Logo is held in under the mat with 2 speed nuts. Not sure it that is the proper name but that is what I call them. Anyway they could possible rust. Thinking your carpet is in excellent shape and you don't want them to leave any rust stains on your carpet if they do. I put duct tape on them underneath.

Good catch on all accounts. Screws in the sill plates......yeah, I'm on that for sure. Been replacing little things like that as I go along. My wife says my OCD is out of control as I'm replacing screws and pulling out dip sticks, etc. to fine tune their cleanliness. I LOL at myself too but hey, I tackle 1-2 maybe 3 new little things like this per wash. This week it's the dipsticks and covers under the hood. If they come off, I'm removing them and hand cleaning them in my laundry room tub with a toothbrush and de greaser.
Thinking pretty much anything can be used for the screws in the sill plate. By the way thanks for saying what they were called. I knew that but had a brain fart when I was typing my post and kept drawing a blank. LOL.
Here is a shot of mine. Going to assume I purchased them at Napa picking them out of the big book with all those little fasteners and whatnot in it. Chances are I wrote what I used them for on the receipt. Let me know if you want the part number.
So this weekend will be getting the Jeep detailed. I use that word loosely.
I pick your guys brains when it comes to this every chance I get. But will never really be any good at it.
But if I can get the Jeep to show a reflection like this everywhere I will consider it a win.

They are nice aren't they. Picked up Rugged Ridge front, back, and cargo about 5 years ago for $145. The one thing that kind of bugged me was the cargo mat. They have flat spots in the position of the tie downs on the floor. But to access them you have to cut the mat. Seem to negate having the mats because now you have an opening that water can get to the carpet through. I picked this Jeep one up for $50. Cool thing is it has openings for the tie downs. Bad thing is it is not black but Agate so it does not match the rest of the mats. Might try to paint it or maybe bedline it.
I also have a really dumb idea for when I get around to removing my carpet to sound deaden the floor. Any part I haven't done. Going to have to drill out the rivets on the tie downs to get the carpet up. Thinking use rivnuts in the floor, drill a really small hole in the mat and bolt the tie downs on top of the Rugged Ridge mat.

Replaced a rusted stuck door.
For the past 2 weeks ive been blasting PB Blatser in the inside of the driver side passenger door. And to no avail I couldnt get the damn thing open... Went to the junk yard and found the same color Cherokee...
After a few hours I finally got the door open, thanks to my angle grinder... Its a shame... But I tried everything.

I did take off the interior panel, everything was rusted. I spent two weeks with PB Blaster and trying everyday to break it free with no luck. Had a few others try... It was the last resort. Spend hours researching for an answer, even posted in this forum with no replies... I did not want to cut it open... Other than the mechanism being rusted out... It was fine.
eh
changed driver side rear axle seal
adjusted rear ring gear
cut the track bar off and had to remove the bracket to get the stud and castle nut out
fun times
