Don't '97 and up have a light for when fuel is low?
I never let it get down that far.
Maybe it will only work with a working fuel gauge?

My fuel gauge has been off a little since the day I bought the Jeep. If it reads 1/2 a tank it will only take about 8 gallons to fill.
Fortunately this is not an issue. Cause I'll be damned if I would know how to fix it.

I like that. Kind of old school looking rims that somebody would put on a Mustang way back when.
I like factory running boards.
I sourced some to put on my XJ but then she is just a DD.

LOL.
I first bought the 1.5 HF aluminum one for $56.
Then got it in my head that I needed a bigger one.
So I bought the regular HF 3 ton one for $68.
I have no idea why.
For what I do I have no idea why I have all the tools I do.
Even tools I could borrow or rent. That I know there is a good possibility
that I might only use it once I still buy it.
I think I have a problem. LOL.

I believe in overkill when it comes to jacks and jack stands. I don't buy the ones I can borrow or rent but before that was an option I bought specialty tools I've only used once mainly because I don't have the vehicles any more. All kidding aside though tools do hold their value.

Don't even get me started on jack stands.
Got a set of cheapo 2 ton ones for free.
Figure those will be good for when I find my 8.25 3.55 Factory TracLoc rear and do the disc brake mod before I put it in.
Would not trust them for anything else and that is assuming I find one.
Some 3 ton Snap On ones that some guy was selling for $25. Those always go under the front.
The 3 ton HF ones that always go under the rear.
Not to mention the two sets of 6 ton HF ones that are waiting for me to find the rear I mentioned because if I get lucky and do
that and the duplication of the Up Country Suspension will happen at the same time.
It's them damn HF coupons and Craigslist does not help either. LOL.

I finally did a heater core flush... wasn't blocked, but didn't want the massive headache if it went so far as to start leaking and all that pile of fun.

It was a Craigslist find about 3 years ago. Had to drive about a 30 mile round trip to get them.
He showed the label and saw the part number in the picture. When I Googled it these came up:

https://shop.snapon.com/product/YA874B

Frankly I think you would have to be nuts to pay $150 for a pair of 3 ton jack stands.
But I was OK with the $25 and the $6 in gas it took to get there and back.

EDIT: Just to be clear they were used.

I'm sure you were. Thing is if you make your living using tools and equipment such as Snap-on sells you only have to buy once. My son bought me (really us) one of these years back. It was $150 cheaper back then.
