I want to use factory fog light switches so the on-off-on switch way won't help me.
This is the relay that I used to set up the fog lights I am running.
Which I want to use for all the lighting.

With this one when you flip the switch power is from the 87 and 87a pin out to the fog lights.
One is hooked to 87 and the other to 87a.
Ground is 86, switch is 85, and power to the relay is 30.
So 86 and 85 don't change.
So you are saying now run 30 to the lights? Which means I have to split that wire to each light?
Then 87 goes to the battery?
And I splice 87a into one of the reverse lights?
And that will make them go on when in reverse and let me operate the lights with the switch independently?

See the nice thing is I had so little to add that I fit it in the stock fuse box, and another guy on here 99xjunlimited I think it is (sorry if I got that wrong) swapped out the 2 big relays in his box for 4 small relays so you can add quite a bit to your factory box before you'd need to expand to another box. this is his diagram that I used to do my fan wiring, and it's the same concept except the efan relay would be your reverse lights

What is the part number on the factory relay you are trying to find?

This is how you would wire it. 87a is normally closed, so when the switch is not depressed the lights will come on when you put it in reverse, 87 is normally open, so when the switch is depressed the lights will come on by the switch.

But thinking I need a different relay then the 192D at Napa that I used for my fog lights.
Cause both 87's are hot when you throw the switch in the passenger compartment.
One 87 goes to one fog light and the 87a goes to the other fog light.
Tough to see the schematic on this shot but it is the only one I could find.

or this:

Same relay in two different lines. MPE being the cheaper line and ECH the more expensive.
Amazon looks like this one:

At Napa I am thinking this:

But I do think those are the ones.
Poking around more I found these:

I put 2 in my cart and had the site calculate shipping. To me $5 less then Amazon.
Again assuming I am right and these are the ones you want.

On the red '91 Cherokee I am using Old Man Emmu 2.5" components as part of the Ultimate Hybrid kit from DPG Offroad. Yes, I have removed 1 leaf to get the lift closer to 2" lift. I will post additional details of what I have done. I should start a thread on what I am doing on this Jeep.
