Finally finished the custom install KC Daylights!
This took several days and a fender removal
There will be a video for YouTube posted late today, I’m hoping.

I'll watch that for sure (even though, by an amazing coincidence, I 've just watched one on another channel) 'cos I've always liked that sort of set-up, although in reality, it would make no sense at all for me because of the constant problem of low branches in less used country lanes, never mind farm tracks, here. (even a 2" lift + 31's cost me a windshield last Fall)

Test fit an air compressor mount, had to cut away a little bit of the side panel at the spare tire mount. I needs to space out the bottom more since I ditched the spare rest.

After a few months in the portable garage. Painting is done, new wheels and tires, Steel brake lines replaced, new brakes complete on the rear. Still has to be buffed some more, it looks like a satin finish. New seats and tail lights as well.

Points you might like to bear in mind:-
I already had both horns on one side (it was easier than sorting out why the wire on the other side was dead)
WJ/KJ hons are the same as XJ's but with different terminals (I had pigtails, so no problem)
if you have the stock front bumper but without the end caps, there are 2 perfectly located holes for the bracket.
That said, as part of a few other mods, in that area I intend to move them to the centre of the bumper, which always seems to stay completely dry
