I'll have it on before I send it to them.

Last weekend I noticed that at startup the initial exhaust condensation was leaking out near my muffler. Spent the week researching cat back exhausts. At the last moment before pulling the trigger checked one more thing. Turns out there is a factory weep hole to minimize the exhaust rusting out from trapped condensate. So today I left the exhaust alone and for once saved a little $$$. No sure it counts to post here but I spent too much time on it so I'm counting it.

There is nothing to open. Its just a small hole near the seam on the muffler. Yalls Jeeps must be in tip top shape. I haven't even had mine inspected in like 2 or 3 years. If it's safe to drive I don't worry about much until something breaks, falls off, or rusts out.

I'm pretty big on not accidentally gassing myself when it comes to exhaust leaks. I'm going through it now because while it was my mom's and babied since purchase I'm going to be taking it to pretty remote places where I'm SOL if I discover problems.

Working on installing an SYE. As I'm sliding back on the transfer case cover at the very last second somehow that little magnet in there slipped out, fell to the ground, and shattered. Wish we had a local junkyard but looks like I'm waiting until next week for a part. Super glad I didn't use the one minute Right Stuff as my RTV (knowing that this Jeep makes me earn every single project I complete on her I decided to use the normal 24 hour stuff because I was pretty sure I was going to have to remove it and try again multiple times).
2000 Jeep Cherokee Sun visors And bumper
Got my aftermarket bumper installed and cut down the plastic to fit the rear fenders. And recieved my visors today, the new/used sun visors "that I've been looking for for some time and missed the single wire when ordering. they also are in Great condition" have one black wire and the existing one has 2. Can I wire the new ones in some how, is the bracket on the new/used sun visor grounded?

Finished installing my SYE. No more vibration. Ordered a stock transmission mount (hopefully it will come) to start replacing that old rubber. Also noticed I'm going to have to do the brake hard lines at some point (and that stock low pressure gas line is really looking rough).
Slowly collecting parts for the front. I have to replace the axle u-joints and swap in extended break lines. Since I'm already going to have it all apart I'm going to do unit bearings, calipers, rotors, and pads as well. I wanted to do knuckles because the pad slides on her are kind of rough but couldn't find anything decent.

Today I babied her down a mountain and back to a civilized place where I could get a tow after the radiator burst on me. Debating on picking up a Napa radiator tomorrow or spending way too much time online researching radiators.

I've always used the autozone special radiator for my XJ's after the factory ones failed. Haven't had a problem.

Well replacement radiator number one is no good. Do I try another or order something better? Summer is so short here I don't want to lose a week waiting on a radiator and there's something to be said for being able to just take it back to the store instead of shipping it somewhere if number two is bad.
