Trimmed up my front end caps to clear tires a little better. Bigger trim job hopefully this weekend. The important thing is that I can parallel park again

I have a 2000 xj 4.0. I'm switching out my injectors for 784's. While disconnecting the e-connectors to the injectors the red clips that hold the injectors on disintegrated. How important are these? Where can I find 6 more???

Fitted a new Battery.
Took the old one out and saw it had "Value Power" written down the side and was only 42AH - I think explains a lot...New batt is 57AH.
I thought I was going to have to take the new one back because the terminals were the other way round but once I looked at it, the new battery fits better and the cables are much less stressed - so the OLD one was wrong. Bodgers are everywhere

got bored on my day off, went to home depot and spent $100 on some really good rustoleum bright red spray paint and went to town on my interior, rollbar, front bumper, and rims... Next weekend, painting the body white with two blue stripes, very patriotic lmao

Tried to replicate the tail lights that are on the Waggy XJs since I can't find any of them in the junk yard. It cost me $6 to do. I bought a small can of testors translucent red model paint and some clear coat from michaels, and some $2 chrome pin striping from Oreillys. Turned out pretty good I think.
