Picked up a roll of rubber cargo mat material from Walmart for $17 and cut to fit it into the back of the XJ. I must say for $17 it is quite nice. It is comparable to my Husky rear seat mats in thickness but lacks the sides to keep spills contained. Overall it saved me some $ that I can spend on something else for the XJ.

Checked the oil, all was good!
Made dump run, the road was slick with ice last night, now thawed and (since I've been thru) rutted.
Cranked some tunes and went to town for supplies.
Filled the windshield washer fluid. Supposed to freeze up again tomorrow.
Jeep is now properly redressed with a fresh coat of mud.

Today I cleaned my battery terminals and put some dielectric on them lithium greased all my hinges around car and put some silicone spray on window tracks ain't much but preventive maintenance still feels like an accomplishment with my girl

My 88 got a junkyard fuel pump and is back in action!! DON'T waste you money on an AUTO Z@#! fuel pump! I put in 3 and it never ran right until I put this one in. I also painted a new flare for my 2000 and installed it.

Tried to drive mine over to a friends house for some target practice and it wouldn't start. It seems when ever its a it cold and wet outside it wont start. If I leave the ignition on and short the starter with a screw driver it will fire right up. Due to my broken foot I can't get down under the Jeep to start it ever time so I just drove the celica witch is about to throw a rod.
I'm thinking I need to replace ether the starter or the starter relay.
