if you look at the driverside of my hatch you can see the crack fiberglass (white spot).

I broke it out, getting a new installed again and then retinted back to 5%

It was a great wheeling day.

Picked up another xj last night for $450 96 forest service rig. Ran like **** on 4 or 5 cylinders. Replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap & roter, serpentine belt, and the oil pressure sender and it runs like a champ.

Now I just need a new muffler and front bumper and it'll be road/trail ready.

Looks like my radiator, where the upper hose connects was busted off. Pulled it out of hose and it was rotten... crumbled in my hand.

Any tips for rigging the upper hose up?

Default All Metal Radiator

I don't have any tips on rigging up that 1 row/plastic tank/nipple always rots off POS. I'm eventually going to get a 3 row all metal radiator from radiatorbarn.com (gotto rebuild my engine first)

I just looked it over again, I can either drill it out and thread a new nipple in or cut off the barbs coming off whats left of it and attach it there. I'm leaning more towards cutting it for now.
