Washed her. Painted wiper blade arms. And fixed the rattle from the rear hatch. Had to pull it off and the peice that actually latched was loose where is connected. So i about a quarter section off a waher and hammered it in between the latch and the connecting bolt and lubed it up and no more rattle!!!!!
replaced that damn idler pulley that I thought was making the horrible noise. Didn't fix it. Listening around with a stethoscope, I can't tell if its the water pump or power steering pump, and I know whichever one I replace first, it will be the other one.

Take a real close look at your harmonic balancer. I have one seperating at the rubber seam. The outer ring is moving rearward carrying the belt with it and my belt is rubbing (and squeeling) against the timing chain cover. Harmonic balancers fail in this way. I have been chasing the sqeel for months and spotted it last weekend when underneath. Check yours out just to be sure.

im in durango colorado, (southwest corner of the state) i did find some people who love to help, but most of them are all classic ford truck drivers, (standard only tools) but i did get paid so i went and bought a set of metric wrenches and sockets 9-19mm for both sets. so that should get me through a fair amount of problems.
Front and rear diff covers.
Lube locker gaskets,
Locker in the front,
new brakes,
new wheels,
new shocks,
bump stops,
full size spare for rear tire carrier.
Led license plate light and bracket for rear bumper.
I guess it just seems like a lot to me.
I'm doing all this beacuse I'm going to Moab next friday.
