Forgot to post yesterday:
Drove a good 40+ miles to visit my grandfather in the hospital after his major heart attack. Good thing is he is home and fine and I only used a 1/4 tank driving there and back!
And today, I contemplated what I should do with my sagging rear leafs and inspected how bad they were actually sagging.

at around 10pm my Left headlight went out and I couldn't see around a corner. Ended up going off the side of the road into a bunch of deep, thick, muddy water. Had the Jeep sunk all the way up to the turn signals and had 4 inches of water inside (keep in mind I have a 3 inch lift) . My buddy with an F150 couldn't pull me out, so I had to call a tow truck. The tow truck driver charged me $75 and got me out in literally 5 minutes. What really sucks is that the tow truck somehow popped my right rear tire. Thank god I have a full size spare and my 31s have the road hazard warranty!! For the last couple hours I cleaned out the interior and dried the floors using a wet dry vac and some kitty litter. I got everything pretty much taken care of and I'll still be able to drive it to school tomorrow. Gotta love XJs
those noises suck the most, never can reproduce them when checking it out. i had a bad rattling coming from the rear and i never knew it was my hatch until i noticed the hinge on the right side was stopping it from closing all the way. Now im noise free, which scares me a lil.

I helped grab six nice wheels and several usable tires from an illegal tire dump. This was in my eigth grade... my friend had already destroyed two ford rangers (rollovers) . He has killed at least three ford rangers, a nissan pickup, and a once beautiful xj... He (and I when I visited) beat on it field bombing and going to pits. He ruined it throwing it into reverse too many times. It pains me when I see him buying a nice vehicle.
I know someone who grabbed an older seadoo out of a dump and within a day had it running. People are just idiots
Tonight Ive been screwing around with the siren/security horn I removed from my xj.... works really well on two C batteries.

Installed 1000w power inverter and extension cord to run air compressor in trunk. Hid the wires from that and a few other that were hanging round my feet and in plain site for the cb, scan gauge and auxiliary jack. And found the perfect spot for my phone holder.
Oh and deflated and inflated tire with air compressor so I don't find out it doesn't work when I really need it

On my way home tonight from work I was headed along the bqe and I had it out with another 4.0 lol. Nice looking xj, he wound up passing me on the bridge and I got stuck behind someone. Must have been a funny site for other ppl to see two xjs racing along
