Mines a 2wd converted to 4x4..... can you tell? Just pickup a junkyard 4x4!

yeah my jeep idels odd at start up(sputters. and when it was at its worst it would drop below like 1krpm and the fix is to turn it off and turn back on and it runs like new. im not worried about it. it has went away since useing my 93octane. id like to know what was wrong tho lol) thats a diffrent thread not for this one lol.

i think some 703 injectors are in order!

my last tune up i did myself and it was a few weeks ago. and it made a huge diffrence. i like the way it runs and had almost no troble unless it sits for about a week. just needs to warm up.



and i think im going to go hit bobs auto and a few others for parts. as well.

Thats cool. I think you should lift it, and put a little bigger tires on it. Plus a locker in the rear might be nice.

thats in the plans right now i just wana get all the other fix ups done. i need a mean steering cloum tighten. and also working on fixing EVERY GAGElol yes every one but the gass tac. and speed work lol i got the gages just trying to get a free day to do it.

mines a 2wd with a locker in the back and i have a blast with it! i used to have a 4x4 but it broke down ALL the time, and i live in southern cali so honestly i dont really miss 4x4 a whole lot, i rarely used it in my old xj other than pulling people who were stuck, most my friends have 2wd trucks or super stock 4x4s so i never really do anything that requires me to need 4x4

ya when i got the jeep i was thinking wow its only the 4x2 what am i gona do with that.. then i learned more about offroading and jeeps from here and friends. so now i have a ton of hope and and dreams for my xj lol.

hehe yea i love my 2wd, im just sad that atm shes down fuel injectors spraying fuel all over the place ><
