99ninja, there are some awesome write ups in the tech section about it, will probably answer most all of your questions.
Jeepxj, dude that's probably a good idea, hadn't even thought about it. The front dif was underwater for quite a while.
What part of NC are you in?
edit: I forgot, so is it straight to run the Jeep/wheel her without replacing the eom engine bay splash guard? That **** is getting ripped out asap.

eastern VA like right near the boarder but west of Virginia Beach.
Guilford College is there isn't it? Knew a few people who went there, I think they are all graduated though.
