*!what was the first part you broke!*

These aren't things you broke. They're just things that broke. They're Jeeps, spend enough time with them and everything breaks.
The first thing I broke was my fan shroud. Tried to get it off past the fan and, well, you know. Now it looks like Frankenshroud with a bunch of rivets, plates, screws, and epoxy holding it together.

Hey, in my defence the exhaust manifold was thoroughly un-cracked until I got my paws on it. A guy learning how to drive stick dumping the clutch a few times will do a number on a mostly rust-welded solid exhaust!

I had my first vehicle and first xj for about two weeks. Lifted it a week in and the next week my boss tore off for lunch break(6:30 pm) in his 3/4 chevy and smoked my front end and pushed my jeep across the parking lot.
so grill, light bezels, rear diff, lights, front pass. fender, hood, mech. fan, front bumper and corners. I could go on to the little stuff but I'd be here for days. luckily we even had the same insurance agent. ended up with like 6500$ from the insurance adjuster and spent 1500 fixing it myself and with the help of my body work/mechanic uncle. lets just say she got a little pampering with the leftovers.

First part I broke? Mirror switch like the second day I owned it trying to take it out. Been looking for a replacement ever since.
First thing broken while wheeling? Broke my t-case skid off when I got pulled off of a root I got high centered on.

First thing I broke on the XJ was the tre connected to the pitman arm.
Only things I've broken since were a couple u joints, and one D35 axle shaft (knew that one was coming, with a welded D35 on 35" tires).

First thing to break on the xj was the passenger side tail. Backed right into a tree. Then got pulled over on the way home and had to explain it to the cop. He let me go. It was obvious it just happened.

lost a front tire driving it home when I bought it , the guy had hand surgery and had no strength in his hands ( told me ) . loose lug nuts . I drove 40miles and got home and the tire was angled badly , looked at it two lugs were broke and the center of the rim was gone .
