Default What i have been up to

A couple of projects I have been undertaking.

1: Full sized spare i got from a buddy who junked his xj, A lil rusty but i'll get around to cleaning it.

2: Subs and amp, Nothing great but it thumps pretty good.

3: Warm air intake, Pep boys parts with the custom bracket i made it only took me about 45 mins to do. I will get around to making a heat shield.

4: Gauges and gauge pod, This suprisingly took alot of effort. The A pillar trim piece took a lot of work to get off. Wiring was a sligt PITA.

C and C welcome

Is that an A/F Ratio Gauge? Did you wire/weld in a seperate o2 sensor for it?

yes it is a narrow band A/F gauge. wiring the signal wire took a little bit of searching but all you have to do is tap into the wire from the first o2 sensor (my 96 is obd2). tap in between the plug and the computer. NOT BETWEEN THE PLUG AND THE O2 SENSOR. it is a black wire with a white stripe. if u need pics i can get them to you tomorrow.

Trs here are the pics for you.
1st follow the red wire.

This is the only loom in this area on my 96, as I said you tap into the black wire with the white stripe.

And here are a couple pics for you Mike
