gut it and turn it into a kitchen. id put a pizza oven in it. pizza is awesome. you might want to get some heavy duty leaf springs and an adequate ventilation system as well. pizza ovens are heavy and they get pretty hot.

lower it, swap in an lsx, put 22's on it, paint it with a candy pearl metal flake combo, put in a stereo capable of causing serious hemorrhaging. disco lights, under glow, a sweet wing, and some fuzzy dice... paint the entire interior white.

Do a chop top using absolutely no welding. Use only glue and silicone like this other guy wanted to do in a different thread from yesterday.

Really as far as significant changes go.. It begins with how much money have and or what size tire you want to run.. Also how you use your Jeep plays into what dirrection might be best for you..

Whats your budget? how do you plan on using your jeep? What size tire do you want to run
