Full leafs are better, add a leaf will lift the rear but depends on the shape of your stock leafs

add a leaf is just another leaf added into your stock leaf packs. doesn't undo any of the wear and tear on them. full packs completely replaces them.

add a leafs will sag faster than full packs

full packs generally have a warranty guarding the whole pack etc. New bushings. its just all around better, add a leafs aren't really good for anything.

If your leafs are in good condition, long aal's will be fine. If you have the cash, just go full packs. I installed my RE long aal's in 06 and no sag at all. A lot of people who have no experience with them usually say stay away from them, they are only repeating what they hear/read. It's the short aal's you want to stay away from.
