No. You need to make sure you do all basic maintenance first. Check all fluids. Drain, flush, or replace as necessary. (New oil filter...WIX or NAPA Gold)... Check all belts and hoses. Replace as necessary. Check suspension, front and rear for worn components. Replace as necessary. Check your driveline, front and rear for worn components. Replace as necessary. I have seen you post several times now, and it sounds like you have quite a bit of normal maintenance ahead of you. Get a FSM.

Tackle that jeep and get it back to prime stock operating condition.

Popping in your front end can be a lot of things, you stated it only happens while turning in 4wd, on dirt or pavement. First, don't run it in 4wd on pavement...unless the conditions call for it (IE snow and ice) Second, since it is happening in 4wd I would be looking at your axle u-joints. But it sounds like you really need to be giving your entire front end a once over. Good luck.

Depends. But they will only replace certain suspension components, not steering...it will depend on what you get.

I highly suggest you wait on a lift....and don't just go out and get a RC lift...do it right and shop around...piece a kit together on your own, and compare it to other lift kits out there. I also suggest you read EXTENSIVELY on lifting your vehicle and what's involved.

There's a lot of work to do it right past 3" of lift. Start reading.
