and you could mount it on the back of the center console. i was going to with mine, but did it on the pas side of the console instead.

Ive got mine right above my left knee next to the steering wheel. The microphone is mounted to the left side of the dash. Its perfect for me.

BioHazed, That is literally the EXACT cb I have... I was thinking of mounting it under my seat, or maybe behind the passenger seat... I work with a band, and we are all off-roaders... Kind of a club I guess. How much in the way of electronics are under the top of the dash? (above the radio console) I would mount it up top, but I have keyless entry

from what I've seen so far outside the radio there really isn't too much in the dash on mine near the top. If you mount it on the top of your dash though I would pull the radio first and drill and use bolts and nuts w/ washers
